Colibo can roughly integrate with any system that allows us to connect to it. With a full integration, you will be able to move seamlessly between us and the integrated software. Not all software allows integration. In those cases, we can still make a smooth and easy transition to them, so don't worry. News channels
One of the cornerstones of thriving in the workplace is feeling informed... about what's relevant, that is!
Create dedicated news channels, such as "News from management", "News from HR", "News from IT" etc. but also use the channels for other, more interest-based areas such as "News about the Sustainable Development Goals", "The Green Think Tank" or other areas that you want your employees to know you are engaged in. Some channels you may have a need for everyone to HAVE to see news from. You can "force" employees into these channels, while other channels can be voluntary to "subscribe" to.
Competence tags
Competency tags are a 'hidden treasure'. If you choose to use tags, you'll be able to find skills that aren't listed in the job description.
There are often a lot of resources in an organization that no one knows are there and that aren't obvious based on a job title or department. With competence tags you can, for example, search for an employee who speaks Ukrainian, has experience with a specific customer, is skilled in Excel or something else. It's an incredibly valuable little feature that we highly recommend.

Here you can see if something that concerns you is published, documents changed, etc. Important messages can be sent out as push notifications to both PC and mobile. If you have agreed to this, you can even receive a summary email of all activities that concern you directly in your inbox.

This applies not only to news, but also to document areas, files, groups, etc. With roles, you can decide who can publish news, create documents, workgroups, etc. We can help you create policies around who can do what.
Segmented news
When you send out news, you can choose who should see it.
You can select departments, groups and/or individuals. Rights control who you are allowed to share the news with. For example, some can share to the entire organization, others only to their own department.
Task management
Keep track of who does what with our built-in task management.
You can put the tasks in your sidebar menu so they are visible on the front page and check them off as you complete them. You can also have task lists in workgroups. Tasks can be dedicated to selected employees or 'released' in the group so that everyone who has the ability to take on the task can do it.
On-boarding
Give new employees the best start to their employment.
With our on-boarding module, you can create different courses and sequence them to be delivered at a given interval. All modules can be targeted to specific employee groups and individuals. For example, we can show a 'Welcome to our company, here are some things you might want to know' module to all new employees. In areas such as 'Security' and 'GDPR', it's not only important that they have read the content. They also need to understand it. Therefore, in the on-boarding module, you have the option to quiz employees on what they have read. In the administration area, you can see who has answered, how many have answered correctly, etc.
Intelligent phone book
The phone book is an integral part of Colibo, making it easy to find the right employee.
The vast majority of all searches on LinkedIn are employees looking for a resource within their own organization. The phone book is an integral part of Colibo, making it easy to find the right employee. If you have a Microsoft Suite integration, you can even see if they are available, view their calendar (if allowed), skills and much more.
